- Product Opening Video Required: A clear and unedited opening video of the package is mandatory to raise a return request.
- Damage-Based Returns Only: Returns or exchanges will be accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition, as shown in the opening video.
- No Returns/Exchanges for Undamaged Products: If the product is intact and without damage, no return or exchange will be applicable.
- Processing: Once the return request is verified, further steps will be communicated to you via email/WhatsApp.
We kindly request customers to carefully record the opening video to avoid any inconvenience.
